One MC to host your prom with energy and excitement. One DJ to play all your favorite music at the right time and with perfect volume. A small state of the art sound system that can entertain up to 150 guest includes: (1) Small amp rack with small sound processor system. (2) Double 12” speakers A small colorful light show includes: (4) Martin robocolor II, color changers or Ego 3's (1) T-bar truss system Bubble machine* Free cocktail/soda (if in the same room or accessible by cable and speaker). Total time for entertainment is five hours. $900.00 Add video simulcasting and music videos to this package for an extra $1,000.00. All dates are held for 48 hours, until a team member gets in contact with you from the online reservations. Cocktail Hour must be in the reception room or an adjacent room. Extra charges for parking in Albany, Allentown, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Binghamton, Jersey City, New Brunswick, Newark, Manhattan, New Haven, Philadelphia, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. There may be additional fees for travel to some areas. This will be outlined in your contract. Substitutions may be made to any item in any package. Intelligent lighting, can not be used in certain facilities Bubble Machine, can not be used in certain facilities. Smoke Machine, can not be used in certain facilities due to Fire Alarm system.
